Lake Powell

In June we went on our annual trip to Lake Powell. It's the best trip. On the first day of the trip my dad's boat broke so we were short one boat but the trip was still a blast. Every year we have a big water fight in a canyon somewhere between the two boats. When half of our group left on the boat Cam, Ry and I filled up 300 water balloons:) When the group came back we threw the balloons at them. It started a big water fight ON the houseboat and everyone and everything on the boat was drenched. It was probably one of the best water fights we've had. Since we were on the housboat everything was game, including the hamburgers I found and threw at people. It was so fun. The rest of the week was awesome too, except the fishing. We had the worst luck fishing this year:(

After we came home from Lake Powell, we celebrated the Lehi Round-Up Week and watched the float parades and rodeos. Celebrating the Round-Up week is a big tradition in my family, partly because most of my family put together the Round-Up week every year.
